What Will You Do?
- Build internal capabilities to contribute towards OpenLineage aligned to our product roadmap
- Standardize frameworks for data sources, enabling seamless plug-and-play Atlan connectors.
- Elevate the developer experience for engineers, empowering further innovation and platform builds.
- Enhance user experience for customers, focusing on ease of use, reliability, and scalability.
- Foster a culture of knowledge sharing by mentoring junior engineers and supporting their technical growth.

What Makes You a Match?
- 10+ years of data engineering experience, with a proven track record of building end-to-end data platforms, including streaming data.
- A passion for open-source contribution, ideally with experience contributing to Open Source Projects.
- Expertise in leveraging and optimizing graph databases to visualize data relationships and lineage.
- Experience with NoSQL data stores such as Cassandra or MongoDB.
- Proven ability to leverage and optimize search stores like ElasticSearch/Solr or Typesense.
- Hands-on experience with programming languages like Java, Python, or Scala.
