About the product: It is a multi-functional web platform for worldwide communication that allows users to exchange messages, gifts and content. The primary user base is in Tier-1 countries. The product features high loading capacity, intuitive UX/UI. Our goal is to reach the top 5 in the niche within 3 years and establish a presence in the LatAm and Asian markets.
In this role, you will
- Identify data patterns and dependencies between data and metrics
- Provide analytical support to our product and marketing teams
- Generate and validate hypotheses
- Create reports and analyze product metrics such as LTV, churn rate, cohorts, retention, a-ha moment
- Research and conclude on A/B test results, providing insights for improvement
- Automate the reporting process and create dashboards for various stakeholders
- Monitor key metrics operationally and determine causes for deviations from expected values
It’s all about you
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Analyst
- Full proficiency in SQL
- Full proficiency with Tableau
- Solid knowledge of key product metrics and experience in building funnels and making recommendations based on them
- Strong understanding of statistics fundamentals and experimental design
- Familiarity with both statistics and regression methods
- Experience with A/B testing
- Proven track record in delivering analytical solutions for complex product-related tasks, such as user pattern research, supporting experiments, feature analysis, and use-case analysis
- Highly motivated and results-orientedGood communication skills and a desire to be part of a friendly, collaborative environment
- Continuous learner, always exploring new approaches
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Capable of working independentlyStrong ability to structure information and communicate it effectively
