About the job
The Product Analyst is responsible for leveraging data to generate actionable insights about addressability and measurement. This role will support Product Managers (PMs) in identifying gaps and developing features or products that enhance customer satisfaction and drive business success. Additionally, you will empower PMs to take ownership of product success metrics by defining, building, and reviewing these metrics during the adoption of products and features.
What You Will Do
Conduct end to end data analysis to make product recommendations, track product KPIs and report on product health metrics
Design A/B experiments, analyze results and communicate to broader stakeholders
Apply your expertise in presentations of findings to multiple levels of stakeholders, creating visual displays of quantitative information
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to solve problems
Identify trends and opportunities regarding addressability and measurement
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand their business needs
Develop and automate reports, iteratively build and prototype dashboards to provide insights at scale
