We are looking for a driven and curious Product Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work alongside product managers, engineers, and other cross-functional stakeholders to analyze product performance, customer behavior, and other product trends. You will partner with Product to shape strategy, improve the user experience, and support data-informed decision-making. You will be the subject matter expert in your domain, owning success measurement, data development, and visual storytelling.

Your Mission:

  • Cultivate Data Best Practices: Develop flexible, maintainable data models that will enable yourself and the rest of the team to move faster.
  • An Eye for Quality: Get to the bottom of data discrepancies and chase down oddities.
  • Visualize Insights: Build intuitive reports to monitor product health and performance. Collect and implement feedback to ensure your reports are driving value for your partners.
  • Team Up: Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to drive the business forward.
  • Data Detective: Investigate unexpected metric movements, identify future opportunities, and serve up data-backed recommendations.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong SQL skills (ability to write complex queries to extract insights), bonus points for experience with python or Jinja.
  • Experience with BI tools such as dbt, Heap, Metabase, and Power BI.
  • Operating with a bias toward sharing, transparency and collaboration is your default!
  • Diving in, solving problems, and getting things done is second nature - no waiting for perfect conditions.
  • Thriving in fast-paced environments, embracing ambiguity, and taking initiative without a rulebook.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS (Include number of years required for each experience)

  • 2-3 years of experience in business analytics, product analytics, or a related field.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Min: Bachelors in a quantitative field of study

Compensation:

  • Our base pay range starts at $70,000 -$100,000 for this role
  • Please note the salary range listed is just one component of a competitive compensation package which includes a company stock plan
  • Offers will be reflective of the candidate’s location and experience.
