Product Analyst/Senior Data Analyst (Delivery Experience Data Team)

Are you an experienced professional with a passion for product analysis? Look no further! We're currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Product Analyst/Senior Data Analyst at Allegro. In this role, you'll play a key role in shaping our Logistics Delivery products and driving strategies that resonate with our customers and merchants.

What will your work consist of?

  • You will work with Product Managers, development and UX teams in the product development of one of Europe’s largest ecommerce 
  • You will support the design and conduct of A/B tests with your statistical knowledge
  • You will take an active role in generating hypotheses, deriving insights from data, generating recommendations based on data and creating product development strategies
  • You will analyze large data sets in search of patterns and dependencies that affect key areas for the company
  • You will have a real impact on the shape of Allegro

We are looking for people who:

  • Have minimum of 3 years of experience in a Data / Product Analyst role or a similar capacity
  • Have proficiency in using SQL
  • Know how to build an insightful dashboard in BI Tools (e.g.Tableau, PowerBi, LookerStudio)
  • Have statistical knowledge to conduct A/B tests (experience in conducting experiments will be an advantage)
  • Have experience in processing large data sets and presenting findings and recommendations
  • Have the ability to formulate hypotheses, design and conduct analyses
  • Are able to cooperate with many stakeholders, while developing effective and clear ways of communication
  • Fluency in English (at a minimum level of B2 both speaking and writing)
  • Experience in Python, GCP, Airflow, Git is a plus
