The Product Analyst Intern - ANET Merchant Experience, is responsible for designing and prototyping Authorize.Net products. This individual will have a strong curiosity of the product line, how its components interact with the rest of Visa solutions, and the competitive landscape in the overall SMB payment solutions to articulate the future vision of the products.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for delivering the best product experience for the customers, demonstrate in-depth understanding of the overall SMB payment markets, and is technical savvy on the latest payment or software technologies. They should be able to design, test and deliver the appropriate customer-centric solutions that enable business growth for our clients. They should have a firm understanding of both the client (merchant) and consumer experience as it relates to the end-to-end payment solution space. Having a viewpoint that is built upon a solid understanding of how payment solutions and consumer expectations for online payments have evolved recently as GenAI technology quickly evolves will be central to their ability to succeed. As a product manager intern, the candidate will also learn how to manage a successful prototype of a new product through phases of a product’s lifecycle.
Job Responsibilities:
· Own the design, prototyping and delivery for Authorize.Net products serving SMB merchants, acquirers, and technology partners.
· Partner with technical leadership and product development teams in delivering new feature functionality to market.
· Research on competitive products and solutions.
Basic Qualifications:
Currently pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Business, User Experience Design, Computer Science, Information Science or relevant fields and graduating after December 2025

Strong communication skills, clear and concise in both written and spoken communication.
Passion for shipping customer centric products
Good analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to navigate through ambiguity

This is a hybrid position: Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
