Klaviyo is looking for a Product Analyst to join our growing R&D team. Data is core to who we are as a company, and you will play a pivotal role in both collecting the necessary data and deriving insights through analysis. Our team works closely with product managers and engineers to best serve the needs of customers within specific product areas. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, proactive in seeking solutions to challenging problems, and highly focused on delighting our customers.
The Ecosystem initiative is focused on expanding Klaviyo’s interface platform through APIs and integrations to provide customers with more opportunities to leverage their data within Klaviyo and build on top of our platform to expand their growth. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across multiple teams, both within R&D and those in the broader Klaviyo organization. This is an exciting opportunity to work on APIs and integrations via multiple customer personas, particularly developers, a foundational and expanding area that continues to define how platforms and data interact. You’ll also be tasked with understanding our core customers as well as developers interacting with our API layer. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of APIs and an interest in integrations of all kinds.

The pay range for this role is listed below. Sales roles are also eligible for variable compensation and hourly non-exempt roles are eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law.
