As well as creating for clients, we help educate the wider industry. Our Instagram publication The Feed tracks culture at the speed of social. 6,500 people registered or tuned into our events last year, and our reports garnered more than 20 million views.

The Opportunity

WAS Studios is seeking a Producer to join our well-established and award-winning production department within the We Are Social agency. The producer will take on the day-to-day management and execution of all aspects of production to deliver film and photography content for our range of global industry-leading brands. You will have a broad set of experience, mostly around line production of social assets and ideally some agency production experience too

Requirements

What You’ll Have Delivered Elsewhere

• Worked closely with directors & photographers to bring ideas to life on screen which has resulted in client satisfaction.
• Monitored and minimised environmental impacts on every shoot, considering the diversity of your crews and making your shoots an inclusive working environment with increased representation each time.
• Overseen all logistics on projects including crew, venues, travel arrangements etc (with the help of PM/PA where relevant) with minimal to no errors. 
• Developed trusted relationships with clients and senior personnel that has led to you being the go-to person on shoot for the client.
  

What Else Are We Looking For?

You will:

• Have hands-on social production experience in the £50k - £250k+ budget range
• Worked with talent on and off set, and managed direct relationships with their agents and representatives within budget.
• Managed post-production, providing and overseeing creative feedback
• Have delivered integrated social campaigns for household brands from scoping through to post-production
