Are you ready to rethink your routine? We’re looking for a Producer to join our vibrant Creative team. Reporting into the Head Production you will drive the production process so that all shoots are planned well and so that creative considerations are given, playing a key role in driving communications related to productions across the marketing team. You are highly organised and passionate about capturing beauty content that is premium and considered. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring our productions have the right shoot teams in place, managing budgets, running orders and  handling bookings appropriately, facilitating any requests from the Creative Brand Director.

The Role

Your daily to-dos might look like this:

  • Overseeing the creative production process from conception through to completion delivering content that is aligned with our TOV and brand values.
  • Scheduling and booking all elements of shoots: models, crew, stylists, MUAs, kit, props etc and ensuring the shoot runs as possible as directed by the Head of Production.
  • Attending and sometimes leading  pre-production meetings and communicating any production updates effectively.
  • Working closely with the Creative Project Manager to ensure all shoot dates, compliment and consider the creative delivery timelines, as well as making sure there is enough time between creative briefings and shoots, so that the team are able to fulfil briefs successfully.
  • Having a clear and authoritative voice on set, ensuring that shoots run smoothly.
  • Orchestrating creative project budgets and assigning the day to day management of them to the team ensuring that we remain commercially-minded, negotiating supplier rates and making sure all props etc come well within the budget.
  • Ensure production schedules, budgets, legal compliance are met and work is delivered to the highest standard.

Requirements

These skills will help you go far in this role:

  • Extensive shoot experience overseeing the production of stills and video within premium or luxury brands, from conception through to delivery in delivering production excellence across all stages
  • Strong understanding of the creative production process, producing content that is high quality and aligns with our visual creative direction and tone of voice
  • Collaborative team player with open mindset with assertive communication style and a positive, can-do attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, and the ability to work across multiple teams and build relationships with key stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience managing budgets
  • Knowledge of post-production video editing software such as Premiere Pro and After Effects is very advantageous
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Flawless attention to detail
  • Ability to manage diaries and expectations around production and to navigate digital tools such as Google Drive, Asana, Zoom, etc.
  • Strong ability to meet tight deadlines and multitask to manage several projects simultaneously
  • Startup experience is a bonus
