RUN Studios and their client partner, a racing games’ franchise, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Producer to work alongside our client's Media team. This person will play an important role in supporting the team in the creation of world-class videos, imagery and graphics for all products & programs in the franchise.

As a Producer, You Will

  • Coordinate and track day-to-day production schedules.
  • Organize project details, objectives, and specifications to ensure the team has what they need to do their best work.
  • Monitor efforts and task statuses for team members, communicating updates and related info to other Producers on the team.
  • Collaborate with other studio teams and individuals to assist with dependencies and related support.
  • Provide the Lead Producer with frequent status updates and potential project risks.
  • Facilitate on-time deliveries that achieve project requirements.
  • Use inclusive behaviors, ensure all voices are heard, invite input from many perspectives, resolve disagreements, and show courage while exhibiting these behaviors.

As an Applicant, You Bring

  • Experience with project management on turnkey asset production.
  • Experience supporting concurrent projects in an organized manner with attention to detail.
  • Experience leveraging shared processes and collaborating with cross-discipline teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to listen and communicate with empathy.
  • Proven ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines with a calm demeanor and easily adapt to changing priorities.
  • 3+ years of experience as an Associate Producer or Producer in game development and/or asset/video production with a proven track record.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience with project management for a variety of media including CGI, video editing, post-production, photography, and/or graphic design.
  • Experience with Excel, Wrike, Shotgrid, or other industry equivalent project management software.
  • Understanding of various project management methodologies.

Bonus if You Have

  • Experience in the game industry.
  • Experience in the automotive industry.
  • Experience with game cinematics and/or gameplay capture.
  • Understanding of photo, video, and audio editing processes and tools.
  • Passion for racing games and automotive culture.
  • Experience with livestream production.

Compensation

Pay Range: $100,000 - $110,000 (Salary)

The successful candidate’s starting pay within this range will be based on various factors such as individual qualifications and work location.

Benefits and perks may vary depending on location and nature of the work, but eligible employees have access to medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D benefits, health savings and flexible spending accounts, other telehealth and wellness benefits, a minimum of seven paid holidays per year, accrual of at least 6.5 days (Temporary Employment) to at least 15 days (Regular Employment) of paid time off per year, a 401k plan with company match, discretionary bonuses dependent on company, team or individual performance, and referral bonuses for eligible hired referrals.
