Fire Without Smoke is a creative storytelling agency dedicated solely to the games industry. We’re experienced content creators, creatives and first and foremost, passionate gamers. We uncover in-game magic and bring it to a global audience with our storytelling, technology and game expertise. From detective stories to first-person shooters, if it’s in gaming, we’ll have touched it at some point.

Overview: A Fire Without Smoke Producer is a point person within the Studio - the  conduit between internal team members, external partners and clients. The producer’s role is  three-fold: foster a strong relationship with clients, produce the best game content possible and deliver it on time and budget for business success. 

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead and manage projects
• Produce high-quality content across cinematics, video, social, and CGI 
• Effectively manage time and budget of projects
• Build strong and trusting relationship with clients and internal team members
• Manage multiple projects across different clients
• Develop watertight quotes and SOWs on projects
• Track cost of projects and provide regular updates to the Production Manager
• Plan and conduct efficient meetings, project reviews and kick off meetings 
• Manage expectations and ensure clear communication between stakeholders
• Help develop inspiring client proposals together with other team members 
• Oversee scheduling and managing external freelancers and suppliers
• Maintain internal production tools and sheets
• Find for new business opportunities to drive organic growth
• Rally team members to produce the best possible game content

Requirements

• 3+ years working as a producer in a creative environment
• Experience in games, or a keen interest in gaming, is a must
• Strong experience managing clients in a creative agency/studio, ideally in a gaming creative agency
• Strong experience in post production
• Excellent communication and people management skills
• A confident and motivated producer
• Methodical, level headed and responsible manager
• A creative problem solver
• A lover of all things creative
