This position sits in our Marketing & Technology service based in London. We combine data, technology, creative content, and paid media to crack brands’ business problems & drive revenue through a variety of digital marketing solutions like ad campaigns, augmented reality, and chatbots. Our clients include Ebay, ASOS, Just Eat Takeaway, Twitch, TikTok, and The White Company. 

JOB PURPOSE

The ideal candidate is a junior to mid-weight agency producer with experience in managing social always-on accounts, overseeing post-production schedules, and collaborating closely with post houses and editors.

We produce video and photo content for digital (mobile & web), CRM, AR, out of home and TV.  Were looking for a hybrid agency producer who has a passion for managing social always on accounts, a post production whizz with an interest in learning line production. 

The content being produced ranges from high-volumes of social content, performance marketing, and complex campaign productions. We need someone who is highly motivated, organized and is able to manage a project team, deliverables and requirements with excellence while operating at high speed.

This person should always be 3-steps ahead and be able to forecast where opportunities and challenges may arise and plan accordingly to capitalize on or mitigate as appropriate.

Alongside this they will lead on post-production processes, as well as the shoot days themselves. We’re looking for someone with strong project management and communication skills, as well as contacts and experience in the production industry. 

The purpose of this role is to help create an environment for our brilliant creative team (Creative Planners, Community Managers and Designers) to produce the best work possible - as efficiently as possible. They are a good team player with the ability to motivate a team to meet deadlines with ease, while managing the entire production process, from idea to execution, including budget management.

This person should be comfortable and credible in front of clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

This role is exciting, varied and constantly evolving. In this role, you will:

  • Manage and oversee the always-on content planning, post production and delivery processes
  • Act as the Project Manager, resource and production lead across all projects they are assigned, developing efficiencies, leading project planning best practices 
  • Work closely with Community Planners, Creative Planners, Designers and Motion Designers to ensure all deliverables are met to an excellent standard
  • Manage our 3rd party relationships with post production houses, freelancer editors, QA teams, photographers, illustrators, etc., managing and negotiating rates and keeping in line with budgets
  • Manage key production milestones on all projects assigned to (either internal or third party produced)
  • Develop detailed post production estimates for campaigns and always - on activity, using the Dept® production rate card
  • Develop and own post production timing plan to final delivery of files
  • Contribute to our creative process with production solutions 
  • Complete work to deadline and often under pressure

SKILLS AND PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE 

  • Track record of agency producing, digital content management and post production processes (both internal and external) 
  • Experience managing campaigns (experience with social always on and paid social is essential)
  • Line production experience not necessary but an interest to learn is preferable
  • Comfortable in a client-facing role
  • Experience managing production planning for campaigns
  • Experience working on consumer brands
  • Experience project-managing teams that operate at speed
  • Experience motivating team members and solving problems to make their output more efficientAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues to achieve brilliant work
  • Ability to react quickly within a fast-paced environment and maintain a high attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
