To strengthen Hostinger's Procurement team, we are looking for a tech-savvy, motivated, and open-minded Procurement Specialist. 🚀

What you will do:
- Own the purchasing process of software licenses, hardware, and other types of assets across Hostinger. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders while preparing requirements, rationalizing business cases, and optimizing outcomes in external vendor negotiations.
- Engage in daily cross-team communication with Legal, Security, Finance, and Infrastructure.
- Source and engage with reliable suppliers and vendors, managing their onboarding and offboarding.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Promote a culture of long-term savings on procurement costs by assisting our teams in keeping up with best procurement practices, all while fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and supportive team culture.
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve the effectiveness of our procurement processes.
- Maintain and track contract renewal dates every week, keeping information accessible and ensuring systems and documentation are updated.
What we expect:

- Ability to make quick decisions and provide solid reasoning.
- Experience working with Jira and GitHub.
- Soft skills, including adaptability, assertiveness, and initiative.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Lithuanian.
