About the Role

As a Procurement Specialist, you are responsible in handling the sourcing, bidding, negotiating and procurement for the requirements of the bank to be able to purchase quality items at least possible cost.

How you'll contribute

• Assesses an issue and seeks superior's guidance when needed prior to making a decision for a complex problem
• Immediately responds to all incoming emails and calls to ensure proper and on-time support is given
• Prepares monthly accomplishment report from data extracted in eSource to gauge performance
• Conducts sourcing and bidding based on submitted requirements to supply business need
• Negotiates for best cost without sacrificing quality and value
• Monitors supplier performance through follow up to ensure on-time delivery of services

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in any field of study
• Knowledgeable on supply chain, bidding, and negotiation process.
• With supplier management and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to assess the best cost without sacrificing quality and value
