10 Minute School is seeking a dynamic Procurement Manager to oversee the procurement process for the establishment of multiple offline centers. The Procurement Manager will be responsible for sourcing materials, equipment, and services while ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery to ensure timely delivery of the offline centers.

Job Responsibilities:

Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with reliable vendors, suppliers, and contractors.

Sourcing and Negotiation: Source competitive bids and negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts for materials, equipment, and services.

Supplier Performance: Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues or disputes to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance.

Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and anticipate future procurement needs.

Cost Control: Develop and manage procurement budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that procured materials and equipment meet specified quality standards.

Logistics Coordination: Coordinate transportation arrangements for the delivery of materials and equipment to project sites.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive procurement documentation and generate regular reports on procurement activities.
- Proven experience in procurement related to construction, maintenance and renovation of at least 3-4 years.
- Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
