The role
Join our dynamic Procurement team as a Procurement Intern and become a vital part of the food distribution process at HelloFresh. Each week, our team sources all ingredients for our HelloFresh boxes and ensures the performance and quality of our suppliers. Under the guidance of our Procurement Manager, you will coordinate deliveries, perform performance analysis, and contribute to the enhancement of our supplier network.

What you’ll do

Data Analysis: Ensure accuracy in purchasing data, verify procedures, and identify discrepancies.

Reporting: Create detailed reports to assess current strategies and drive improvements in our supply chain and tools.

Problem Resolution: Quickly and professionally address any issues with suppliers regarding operations, purchasing, or quality/performance.

Operations Management: Handle weekly processes such as updating purchase orders, tracking shipments, managing production issues, processing invoices, cleaning data, and maintaining inventory levels.

Team Support: Assist your team to ensure that all boxes are delivered without any missed items or substitutions due to procurement issues.
What you’ll bring

Education:
- Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school with a focus on Supply Chain Management.

Skills:
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and rigorous.
- Proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to react quickly to unforeseen circumstances.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.

Experience: Previous experience in a similar role
