SOFTONE is looking for a Procurement Assistant to join our team.

Your Role

The ideal candidate will support the procurement team in ensuring efficient operations, maintaining supplier relationships and coordinating procurement activities.

Your contribution to the success of the team 

  • Manage inventories and maintain accurate purchase and pricing records
  • Act as an interface between suppliers and internal stakeholders based on procurement processes
  • Assist in identifying potential suppliers and support the initiation of procurement partnerships with them
  • Ensure timely execution of facility-related tasks and follow up on outstanding issues both internally and externally
  • Follow and enforce the company's procurement policies and procedures
  • Provide support in the documentation of contracts and update relevant information, ensuring accurate records of agreements and terms
  • Assist in collecting data for metrics tracking purposes, contributing to the analysis of key functional metrics

Your Qualifications & Competencies

  • Degree in Business, Finance, Logistics or related fields is a plus
  • Prior experience in procurement, facilities, or administrative roles is a plus but not required
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
