- Responsible for obtaining stakeholders approvals through the procurement process.
- Communicating and engaging with suppliers, internal customers, and stakeholders in the review process (Due diligence, Privacy, Information security, Tax, Legal and Compliance).
- Updating Procurement stakeholders with agreements, contracts, and approvals.
- Updating supplier book on SAP.
- Keeping track of contracts’ expirations.
- Updating the department’s records with all approvals and agreements.
- Conducting vendor and supplier research.
- Coordinating with internal departments to understand procurement needs and specifications.
- Assisting in purchasing and budget report preparation and present cost analysis.

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, economics, or a related field
- Excellent command of the English language
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented.
