Metallurgical Department
Metallurgical and Analytical Labs
Over-the-Road (OTR) Ore Shipping
As a key leader, you’ll enhance efficiency, drive innovation, and foster collaboration across departments.
Champion Safety Excellence: Build and maintain a zero-incident safety culture, ensuring every team member is aligned with our safety-first approach.
Analyze & Optimize Performance: Leverage data-driven insights to maximize production efficiency and identify plant improvement opportunities.
Provide Technical Expertise: Act as a trusted resource for operations teams, offering technical support to achieve operational goals.
Drive Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to set and achieve production targets for forecasts and budgets.
Coordinate Across Departments: Collaborate with mining, environmental, and safety units to align activities and ensure compliance with regulations.
Maximize Ore Efficiency: Lead site teams—including maintenance, operations, construction, and technical groups—to streamline ore extraction processes.
Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction of the Cortez operation.
Plan & Align: Develop annual metallurgical constraints for regional metal plans and align engineering and operational needs.
Manage Key Metrics: Oversee inventory, gold accounting, and production reporting to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Develop Talent: Invest in your team's growth by enhancing technical, commercial, and interpersonal skills and providing mentorship and career development opportunities.
Coordinate Priorities: Strategically align departmental activities with company goals to deliver measurable success.
