- Enhance operational efficiency by developing and implementing effective process methods and work instructions;
- Ensuring the implementation of newly created processes to improve production flows;
- Initiates and leads continuous improvement projects, based on lean concept;
- Collaborate with project teams to define necessary equipment and tools and create process flow diagrams;
- Support the Quality Department with capacity measurement;
- Deliver production support for process management;
- Participate in inventory activities according to company needs;
- Apply the REFA standard time measurement techniques;
- Conduct objective evaluations through sample calculations and regular statistical assessments;
- Perform periodic reassessments post-development phases;
- Select appropriate measurement techniques and analyze their advantages and disadvantages;
- Optimize operational processes by measuring the progress of time required for specific operations.
- University degree in the engineering field;
- Lean Manufacturing Concept Knowledge;
- Problem solving, 5WHY, ISHIKAWA;
- English language skills;
- Similar work experience.
