[Team Overview]
Hub operations team is responsible for managing and improving cost, quality, and on-time delivery of Hub process in Coupang's FC (logistics center).
We focus on improving standard productivity-based cost, improving quality through process design and process improvement, and managing On-Time Hub Department for on-time delivery to customers.
FC's Hub operation process is focused on data, field-based, and process improvement.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Executing Logistics projects in the sort centers across the country.
- Executing projects on managing quality of delivery.
- Hub Capacity Planning and Management to prevent Loss
- Improve cost by improving Hub productivity and Hub operational processes
- FC to Camp Network Designing
- Stakeholder Management (FC Leader, Control Tower, Logistics)
Essential Qualifications
- Who has bachelor’s degree
- 3+ experience in logistics planning and related experiences
- Who has an experience of leading and experiencing logistics projects
- Who Has the ability to analyze and process data (Excel, PowerBI)
- Who has abilities to collaborate and communicate smoothly with relevant stakeholders
Peferred Qualificaitons
- Fluent English Speaking
- Data extraction, process, analysis skill of SQL
- Who has experience reporting using Tableau, Power BI, etc
- Who has a strong understanding of E-commerce or logistics services in general
- Master degree in logistics or SCM
