JOB TYPE: Freelance, Contract Position (no agencies/C2C - see notes below)
LOCATION: Remote - United States only (TimeZone: EST | Full day overlap)
HOURLY RANGE: Our client is looking to pay $80 – $125/hr
ESTIMATED DURATION: 20h/week - Short term

Process map documentation experience
Process improvement experience
Ability to travel to the NJ-based office on a few occasions throughout the project (all travel expenses will be reimbursed).

Process Mapping for O2C:

Order to cash process
Looking for a simple and straightforward process map
I believe a swim lane format will work - with who/what/where/how and hand-offs
Need to build a process map - current state
Work with team and leadership on modest improvements to current state
Document

First three deliverables:

Current state process map - with who/what/where/how and hand-offs
Work with team and leadership on modest improvements to current state
Document improved process map
