As our IT Finance services team is growing, we are looking for Process Excellence specialists with a strong drive for process improvements, business analysis and interest in automation. Your role would be to participate in creation of seamless and simplified processes and technical solutions, including systems which we already have in a company, as well as the top-notch solutions from the market.
As Process Excellence Specialist you will be responsible for leveraging a comprehensive understanding of financial processes and driving change within the function. You will advocate by encouraging various teams to look for improvement opportunities.
On this position you will be responsible for:
Having knowledge and understanding of financial processes and their flow across IT services
Leading and supporting process improvement projects
Applying project management principles to drive successful outcomes, ensuring roadmap execution and risk management concerning IT projects (finance systems area)
Leading change management efforts and facilitating workshops to drive process improvements
Developing and enhancing process maps and risk management strategies

We are looking for people who have:
Strong project management skills and expertise
Previous strong background in conducting versatile IT financial projects
Experience in large organizations, managing complex processes
Good knowledge of SAP and/or IBM Cognos
Excellent facilitation and communication skills
Open, straightforward, confident and energetic personality
Assertive and unbiased perspective
Fluency in English (C1)
The following are also a plus:
Change management experience
Business analyst background
Six Sigma certification or Scrum Master Certification or Scrum Product Owner certification
