- Ensure implementation of measures and maintain controls

- Recipe Management: Inserting of recipes into equipment, maintaining and optimization of recipes, documenting of recipes
- Creation of process related documentation, performance reports, book of requirements, guidelines, work instruction, process specification
- Process implementation and release according specifications and development of standard operating procedures
- Archiving records, reports, surveys & justifications
- Be responsible for productive efficiency of his/her respective section. Define measures to improve process to maximum utilization rate of machine and eliminate all kinds of waste
- Be responsible for his/her respective section's cost
- Equipment, Tooling & Process requirements are aligned and suitable for achieving product requirements
- Implementation of corrective actions to reduce scrap, rework / workoff and increase stability, efficiency and tire yield
- Conducting structured problem solving, incl. lessons learned documentation and implementation
- Share know how through an internal and global network
- Ensure pro-active identification of potential issues: GEMBA
- Support R&D / PI by ensuring allocation of appropriate process resources for ETOs and deliver those in highest possible quality in right amount
- Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 3-5 years experience in Production and Manufacturing environment or Tire Manufacturing is preferable
- Minimum 3 years experience in Process Engineer or relevant area Mixing to Final Finishing or Automotive Industry Business
- Project management knowledge
- Strong knowledge in Product & Process Development methodology, procedures & practices
- Knowledge of FMEA & Process Control, Problem Solving Techniques (e.g. FMEA, 5 Why, A3, Cause/Effect)
- Ideally had exposure to international projects or worked in a cross cultural environment
- Good command in English
