· Project audits, weekly deliverable tracking, pro-active escalations and risk identification
· Participation in external audits, raising Non – compliances, conducting internal audits
· Participating in external certifications, providing classroom and just-in-time trainings
· Project setup and adherence to project management tool
Detail understanding of development lifecycles – waterfall ,iterative waterfall , agile (atleast 1)
· Analytical approach to issue resolution and problem solving
· Knowledge about configuration management concepts and exposure to atleast 1 tool (VSS,SVN,PVCS,TFS)
· Worked on process improvement or configuration management area
· Knowledge of metrics and risk management
· Good communication and negotiation skills
· Experience in ISO 9001:2015 and 27001:2013 standards
Desirable:
· Knowledge of Project management tools, Root cause analysis techniques, DAR techniques, exposure to tools (defect management and project management)
Minimum development experience of 1.5 to 2 years should have SDLC process knowledge, Good Communication skills.
Exposure to Project Management Tool and must have used Timesheet booking tool
