  • Team Player: Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the desire to be “better together” and to work effectively with diverse teams. Ability to listen to and understand the needs of the business, both in daily operations and in aligning future plans and strategies into development initiatives. Integrity and the ability to establish relationships at all levels of the organization, based on trust and a desire to learn from others as well as to share your knowledge.
  • Self-driven continuous Learner: Commitment to staying updated with industry trends and best practices, with a passion for continuous improvement and delivering results.
  • Connecting the dots: Strong problem-solving skills, capable of handling complexity and seeing both the big picture and the details. Experience in process development and improvement methods
  • Communicator and change enabler: Strong communication skills along with strong conflict management ability. You should be able to make your case, be to the point and explain complex topics in an understandable way. Ability to enable change, motivate, lead (in- and directly), and inspire.
