The Impact You’ll Make
Recursion is at the forefront of reimagining drug discovery through the integration of automated cell biology, diverse and high-dimensional data sets, and advanced deep learning algorithms. We are seeking a talented and passionate Process Analytics Scientist to join the High Throughput Screening platform team and accelerate Recursion’s mission to build diverse, connected, and high quality maps of biology. As a Process Analytics Scientist, your primary responsibility is to ensure that all data generated from the high throughput multi-omics platform is of the highest quality required to power the Recursion OS. In addition, you’ll build the systems and tools to ensure this process is as industrialized as possible, while flexible to innovation. To accomplish this mission, you’ll need to forge strong partnerships with our data scientists, software engineers, and biologists to deeply understand the Recursion OS and develop lasting and scalable solutions.
You are an independent thinker, analytical, and results-driven, with a proven track record of tackling projects with technical complexity and some ambiguity. In addition, you will be a strong leader, self-motivated, and someone able to forge lasting relationships with our collaborating teams. We are not the standard automation laboratory, and to succeed here we value creative problem solving to enable our mission, rather than simply apply industry standards to our processes.
In this role, you will:
