The Job
The mission of the Operational Success team is to provide operations and onboarding support for Omnidian’s residential solar assets.
The Proactive Alerting Associate or Specialist will work with the current Proactive Alerting team to review and remotely diagnose solar system issues using Omnidian’s proprietary software. We call that Solar Without Fear.

70% System Alert Diagnosis
- Review and diagnose any system alerts that come through our platform
- Work with our operations team to create cases on any serviceable issues
30% Collaboration with team and process improvement
- At Omnidian we are continually working to improve and streamline our processes
- Work across departmentally to identify and implement changes and updates to our standing SOPs

Experience You’ll Need
- Associate: 6+ months of solar experience or 2+ years of IT or Technical Troubleshooting
- Specialist: 2+ years of solar experience (e.g., technical support role, field service role, technical coursework, solar certificate, or other relevant experience)
Experience That’s a Plus
- Experience with Zendesk or Salesforce.
- Extensive knowledge of Solar Storage Systems.
