Job Summary: As a Pro Specialist, you will be responsible for managing key business-to-business (B2B) customer relationships within an assigned store territory. You will work directly with customers in-store and in the local market to lead our mission and support customer needs. This role is responsible for revenue growth by identifying and closing sales opportunities and driving B2B traffic to the store. You will also lead in-store efforts to ensure the satisfaction of B2B customer needs.
We are looking for:

At least 2 years of business to business (B2B) sales experience

Must be a self-starter with a strong commitment to achieving company sales goals

A passion for service to offer solution options to our Commercial customers

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions to ensure customer satisfaction

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work primary hours of Monday-Friday day shift plus occasional special events

Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license

Ability to travel locally by car within a 20-mile radius

Bilingual in Spanish preferred
