This role is based in Waltham, MA with an expectation to work in-person 2-4 days a week depending on priorities for the week.

The Role:
- Architect and build cutting-edge AI solutions, including end-to-end "agentic" and LLM-driven workflows.
- Collaborate with C-level executives, product leaders, and head of AI, to define our AI strategy and roadmap.
- Ensure our AI models and systems are robust, scalable, and compliant with industry regulations.
- Drive research initiatives to keep us at the forefront of AI in FinTech.
Skills & Experience:
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software development with at least 5 years developing AI/ML powered applications.
- Deep expertise in state-of-the-art AI technologies, including but not limited to NLP, LLMs, RAG, reinforcement learning, and computational intelligence.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex AI projects in a corporate environment, preferably in FinTech or a related industry.
- Strong background in financial modeling, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance in the financial sector.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring high-performing technical teams through the process of implementing solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and thought leadership in AI, evidenced by patents, publications, source code repositories, or speaking engagements.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a history of driving strategic initiatives and influencing product development and direction.
