The role:
As we scale our product and offering, we are looking for a dynamic Principal Strategic Engagement Manager - reporting to our Head of Customer Success - to drive value for Causaly users in global accounts.
With an established footprint across key customer accounts, we are looking for an individual that can be a customer champion, expert and unlock the full potential of Causaly for every user.
What you will be responsible for:
- Becoming a trusted partner on strategic accounts to drive value and successful business outcomes, so as to execute on renewals and growth
- Manage and deliver multi-workstream programs spanning customer engagement, product, and AI initiatives to win executive sponsors and cultivate champions
- Identify client challenges and potential risks to help develop solutions and deliver on cross-functional plans to avoid
- Retain high product and scientific knowledge, allowing you to become a voice for the customer
- Define, map and implement customer lifecycle touch points, including business reviews, customer satisfaction surveys and interviews, reference programs, case studies, and others
- Own and drive user and customer level insights, playbooks, and KPIs, including activation, engagement, product adoption and customer feedback
- Collaborate and work in tandem with the Sales, Product, Marketing and the Scientific Liaison team to orchestrate the necessary resources to foster a seamless customer experience and embed a culture of customer success
You would be a good fit if you:
- BSc or M.Sc in Biology, Genetics, Biotechnology or related filed with additional experience in the business setting
- Have a proven track record of 6+ years experience working in high-touch enterprise segments with B2B enterprise software products within the life sciences and biopharma space
- Both scientific and business experience managing multidisciplinary engagements with multiple executive stakeholders
- Experience performing consultative, problem-solving value activities with large customers and internal stakeholders alike
- Have domain experience in the life-sciences and SaaS or AI sector, with a solid grasp of R&D processes, scientific concepts and workflows
- Understand how to gather and use customer data to tell the user story and enable internal decision making and prioritization
- East coast US located
