As a Principal Staff Engineer, you’ll:

Drive technical force behind our AI observability offering.
- Work with internal teams to shape our offering.

Collaborate with partners on integrations and help customers to be successful in building leading observability for their AI projects.
- Focus on high-impact activities to build our AI observability offering and drive market adoption.
- On your laptop, have Visual Studio open to tweak your demo of a new technology integration as well as a power point to present to customers later the same day.
- Evaluate your priorities based on data and market insight.
- While being the “jack of all trades”, actively foster collaboration with other teams to push our technology offering forward.

Several years of professional experience working with customers on a technical level.
- Background in product management or engineering leadership.
- Ability to prototype integrations and demos.
- Track record in building a technology offering from scratch.
- Proficiency in building proof-of-concept prototypes in various programming languages.
- Understanding of observability principles.
- Experience in leading cross-departmental projects.
- Great communication, presentation, and social skills. Ability to communicate thoughts clearly.
- Understanding of AI technologies is a plus.

Compensation and rewards

- Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 80.000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
