As MarTech Consultant you get what drives customer interaction - how to gather data in the moment to deliver the right message, or inform the right decision. How to optimise access to data and how to activate it, whether it's marketing helping drive awareness or cross selling to existing customers, or even informing sales or service about what the customers trying to accomplish, regardless of the channel they are engaging with in the moment. You appreciate the value of data, and that business needs to drive return on their data in order to have a meaningful customer experience, while also reducing total cost of ownership (TCO). Customers have come to rely on you for your expertise in defining the strategy, mapping the execution and sourcing and connecting the right data to the right ‘app’ at the right time, every time. The Role
The MarTech Consultant (ANZ) is part of the ANZ Leadership team, working closely with the ANZ Country Manager and locally based ANZ team. Reporting to Head of Technology Solution Consulting based in India, this role is a pre-sales focused consulting role, part of a collaborative team which co-creates and designs innovative, data-driven solutions for our current and prospective clients. The MarTech Consultant (ANZ) will play a lead role in defining Marketing Technology (MarTech) strategy, architecture, design and implementation based on client’s business and customer initiatives. Solutions will encompass a broad range of technologies and platforms within the MarTech, Data, Cloud and Digital Experience Platforms (DXP) landscape, especially Marketing Automation, CDP, CMS, Loyalty, and other data & analytics-intensive solutions.
