Lifecycle and Process Management: Follow, enforce, and evolve the development lifecycle, workflow, and processes, drive the continuous improvement of technical standards, conventions, and policies.

Pipeline and Release Management: Create, maintain, and continuously improve the development pipeline, manage deployments and releases to ensure smooth transitions from development to production.

Mentorship and Team Support: Mentor team members through pair programming and knowledge sharing, proactively support the team by helping resolve issues and overcoming challenges.

Recruitment and Assessment: Participate in the recruitment process, including detailed technical and soft skill assessments, to help build a strong, high-quality team.

Feature Implementation and Testing: Efficiently implement and test new features, contributing to automated testing efforts and validating features for functionality and reliability.

Community Leadership and Continuous Improvement: Drive the technical community within the organization by sharing expertise, fostering collaboration, and contributing ideas to continuously improve team and product quality.

On-Call Assistance: Provide support during on-call situations, ensuring timely resolution of critical issues.
- Expertise in Front-End Technologies: Deep understanding of React, NextJS, SSR, Tailwind, NodeJS, and event-driven microservice architecture, with a strong focus on performance optimization.
- Analytical and Pragmatic Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills paired with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Results-Driven and Proactive: Demonstrates a results-oriented, "get things done" attitude, with a proactive approach to tackling challenges and driving projects forward.
