We’re looking for a Principal Software Engineer with a passion for solving problems to join our agile Product Engineering team at OneTrust. Principal Software Engineers are responsible for developing, contributing to decisions related to design and architecture of new frontend and/or backend features while supporting existing development efforts for our industry-leading platform.
As Principal Software Engineer, you will design and architect for complex problems affecting Universal Consent & Preferences Management products and/or its third-party integrations. You will participate in strategic initiatives that are highly impactful to the company’s growth, mentor junior engineers and help with their career growth, and the influence roadmap of other Director / VP organizations.
A highly technical engineer with strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. A self-learner who is open to new technologies, processes, or techniques to improve your ability to deliver high-quality software. Someone who asks questions to clarify gaps in understanding.
For California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington-based candidates: the annual base pay range for this role is listed below. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits.
