The Role
China CRM is a SaaS CRM product defined and built specifically in China, for China. We are looking for functional Principal QA Engineers with BlackBox and automation testing experience to join the team.
What You’ll Do
- Responsible for functional testing on the web, Enterprise WeChat, and iOS app
- Work closely with product managers and developers within the scrum team to ensure the product delivery as scheduled
- Create test plans, test cases/scripts, test data, etc., according to software requirements and design documents
- Allocate defects and analyze associated risks, push problem-solving, and verify outcomes
- Automate new features for better regression coverage and analyze automation results
- Be a leader who is collaborative, responsible, and process-oriented. Bring ideas that would enhance product quality and implement the same and show results
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Math, or equivalent
- 8+ years of relevant work experience, including software testing and test automation
- Proficient in software testing methodologies, tools, and approaches in the Enterprise software industry
- Experience writing test cases/test scenarios that cover both sanity and in-depth testing, including, but not limited to, boundary, negative, compatibility, and concurrency tests
- Familiar with automation testing, experienced in at least one programming language, Python preferred
- Good knowledge of relational databases, intermediate or advanced fluency in reading, and writing SQL statements
- Good knowledge of programming for test tools
- Good knowledge of Web service
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong sense of teamwork and collaboration with others
- Proficient in English reading and writing skills
Nice to Have
- Industry experience is a plus
