About the Position

We are looking for a Principal Product Operations Manager to lead our cross-functional teams in planning, and delivering high-quality products in a timely manner. You will be responsible for coordinating the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery, and ensuring alignment with our business strategy and goals by defining and measuring impactful KPIs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex SaaS projects, driving cross-functional collaboration, and implementing best practices in program management. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of our products and driving strategic initiatives to support the company's growth objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement program management processes, methodologies, KPIs, and tools to ensure efficient and effective delivery of software products.
  • Communicate program status, updates, and key milestones to executive leadership and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the organization.
  • Document and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and objectives across the organization
  • Manage and coordinate multiple product programs and projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget
  • Identify and resolve issues, risks, and dependencies that may impact product delivery or quality
  • Collaborate with field teams to manage customer escalations
  • Monitor program performance, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality outcomes
  • Mentor and coach product teams and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer-centricity

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in program management
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or related field; (or an equivalent combination of education and work experience)
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering software products or technology solutions on time and within budget
  • Strong knowledge of product and program management methodologies, frameworks, and tools 
  • Experience in managing complex, large-scale, and cross-functional product programs and projects
  • Ability to think strategically, analytically, and creatively
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

What We Offer

Salary and Other Compensation
This position's standard base pay range is $150,000 - $190,000 annually. This position is also eligible for a equity package subject to the terms of the Company’s applicable plans. When determining a candidate’s compensation, we consider several factors: geography, skill set, experience, job scope, and current market data.
