About the Opportunity:

We are looking for a energetic product manager to join our growing product team. As the Principal Product Manager on onshore market growth, you will focus on driving user growth for OKX onshore markets and help support users acquisition, activation, rentention & reactivation. You’ll own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of key product initiatives focused on unlocking great user experiences based on data and insights. You’ll be responsible for customer onboarding, retention, product adoption, advocacy, and expansion goals. You will design and guide users's journey in investing, trading & earning cryptos and help users expand their crypto holdings and usages. you’ll drive decision making through quantitative results, research, and customer insights. You’ll be joining our growing product team to help define the future of our company and product. What You'll Be Doing:

Own consumer experience across onboarding, retention & reactivation.
Drive focused experimentation and continuous improvement rooted in data with outsized results against customer onboarding, retention, product adoption, advocacy, and expansion goals
Develop and optimize product and customer journeys based on user personas and user behavior segmentation insight to drive user engagement and revenue.
Develop a user lifecycle strategy to drive product adoption and engagement.
Work with cross-functional team to define and deliver product roadmap
Collaborate with designers and engineers to develop detailed product specification
Drive global product launches and lead beta programs
Stay informed of the overall market landscape, including competitors and potential partners
Monitor key product metrics and continuously improve them through ongoing product iteration

Product Experience: Leverage a minimum of 6 years of proven product management expertise to deliver highly successful products that meet and exceed business objectives.

Technical Proficiency: Collaborate seamlessly with engineering teams, actively contributing to the development of technical architecture for products. Ensure alignment between product vision and technical execution.
Business-Oriented Mindset: Exhibit a passion for contributing to overall business success, going beyond feature development. Take ownership of user metrics and optimize business performance metrics, demonstrating a keen interest in the Profit and Loss (PnL) dynamics of markets.
Excellent Communication: Translate high-level strategy into clear and actionable plans for Product Development, Engineering, Design, and Business Stakeholders. Foster effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
Prioritization Skills: Understand and assess trade-offs between engineering, design, and scheduling. Demonstrate an ability to prioritize effectively, ensuring optimal outcomes for project success.
Design and UX Sensibility: Possess a discerning eye for good design and user experience, recognizing the importance of aesthetics and functionality in creating compelling products.
Educational Background: Hold a BA/BS technical degree or equivalent, providing a strong educational foundation that complements practical experience in product management.

OKX Statement:

The salary range for this position is $176,000.00 to $280,000.00. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
