The Now Platform is the core technology layer that empowers everything at ServiceNow, from our best in class SaaS offerings to our partner and developer ecosystem and as a standalone PaaS offering. As ServiceNow continues to aggressively grow and innovate in AI, Data and Workflows, we are looking for a strong professional to join our Product Team defining ServiceNow’s Hyperscaler Product Strategy & Roadmap. This is a unique opportunity to shape and execute the next-generation product strategy for a $100B+ company.

Reporting to the Director of Multi-Cloud Product, you will be a key member of a small team that drives strategy, roadmap, and cross-functional initiatives for the Cloud Product Organization.

What you get to do in this role:   

  • Lead hyperscaler/ multi-cloud product strategy that sets us up for success as we look to grow to $10B+ in revenue
  • Communicate product priorities, build consensus and build strong roadmaps
  • Assume leadership responsibilities as an accountable owner who is committed to the outcome regardless of the role or organizational boundaries
  • Work with multiple teams (engineering, legal, strategy, etc.) to guide projects through development and bring high-quality products to life
  • Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
  • Communicate complex problems into easily understood requirements and provide solutions
  • Develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the needs of different audiences.

To be successful in this role you have:

  • You have 8+ years of industry expertise working on IaaS, SaaS and Multi-Cloud deployments as a Product Manager
  • You have domain experience with all big hyperscalers and you know their strength & weaknesses
  • You have a strong history of shipping products that users love with demonstrable success
  • You collaborate well-cross functionally – with engineering, sales, legal, and marketing – to get an organization working together towards strategic objectives
  • You can take in evidence, integrate information from multiple sources, derive meaning from it, and make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • You have experience seeing and implementing the big picture on platform enablement, serving an ecosystem of different personas, from internal developers to end users to platform partners
  • You have strong technical knowledge and the ability to work closely with world-class engineering partners to devise strategies, solve for complex system interdependencies, and build performant and scalable solutions to serve customer-facing applications
  • Effective communicator, able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in slides; comfortable in business as well as technical discussions
  • Strong people development and leadership skills; able to manage extended or virtual teams 
  • Self-starter who thrives and can multitask in fast-paced and often ambiguous environments.

For positions in the Seattle metro/Kirkland areas, we offer a base pay of $158,500 - $277,500, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located,and is subject to change based on work location.
