What you'll do:

Develop and implement a strategic plan to facilitate the adoption of generative AI across the organization. This includes managing communication of changes, addressing resistance, and providing visibility on progress to leadership.
- Collaborate with leaders and managers company-wide to define and implement generative AI use cases.

Train managers on the appropriate use of generative AI, including identifying scenarios where it is not suitable.

Execute initial intensive training over one to two months, with the expectation that this responsibility will diminish over time.

Ensure teams continue to adopt and evolve and report progress to senior leadership.

Track the adoption and usage of generative AI across the organization.

Consolidate feedback and recommend improvements based on insights.

Organize and update training materials for generative AI tools.

Manage ideas and requests, monitor associated costs, and handle demand related to generative AI model usage and throughput.

Stay informed on the latest trends and tools in generative AI that could benefit the company.
What you'll need:

Proven experience in managing technology adoption and change management.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Familiarity with generative AI tools and their applications.

Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.

Experience in training and documentation management.
- Advanced English skills.
Preferred Skills:

Background in AI or related technology fields.

Experience working in a large, matrixed organization.

Proficiency in developing scalable monitoring and feedback systems.
