The Role:  We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Principal Product Management - Partners to join our growing team. In this key role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our partner strategy, driving the integration of external solutions. If you are a strategic thinker passionate about building successful partnerships, we want to hear from you.  This position requires the employee to work four days a week in the Tysons Corner, VA office.   

Your Focus: 

Partner Ecosystem Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for building and managing partnerships that align with the overall business objectives.
  • Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships that enhance the capabilities and value of our SaaS product.

Product Integration and Enhancement:

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of partner solutions into our SaaS platform.
  • Drive the enhancement of our product through strategic partnerships, focusing on delivering a unified and seamless user experience.

Collaboration and Relationship Building:

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with existing and potential partners, fostering collaboration and mutual success.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop joint value propositions, collateral, and go-to-market strategies.

Market Analysis and Insight:

  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify partnership opportunities and potential threats.
  • Provide valuable insights and recommendations to internal teams based on market analysis.

Performance Measurement and Reporting:

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of partner initiatives.
  • Regularly report on the status of partner relationships and their contributions to business objectives.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in software product management, technology innovation, or business development roles, with a focus on building and managing partner ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS products, cloud technologies, and the broader software market.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and delivering value to customers.
