RPI Consultants is seeking an Infor (Lawson) Payroll Principal Consultant to join our growing team. This position is responsible for Infor Payroll upgrades, process improvement projects, and new product implementations. You will work as part of multi-disciplinary implementation teams to improve customer use of Infor HCM Payroll systems.
Work as a peak-performing, senior, contributing member of the Human Capital Management (HCM) team to implement and improve customer’s use of technology to streamline and optimize their business functions. The principal is the high-level decision-maker who is expected to contribute to the overall profitability and performance of the company. Principal Consultants commit to upholding the company policies and practices and contribute to developing HCM business, building client relationships, and soliciting opportunities to add value and billable work.
Has a minimum of 8 years’ experience working with Infor Lawson Payroll modules, demonstrating proficiency in multiple Infor Lawson HR areas
Demonstrates experience and a proven track record of leading successful, full cycle engagements implementing Lawson S3 v10 payroll and at least one CloudSuite Global Payroll implementation
Minimum of 6 years’ experience in consulting
Demonstrates experience implementing in Healthcare or Public Sector environments
Demonstrates experience with business process validation, system configuration, data conversions and migrations, system customization, testing, cutover planning & execution, go-live and end user support
Experience working in Healthcare or Public Sector environment(s)
