Position: Principal, Instock Management
Role Overview
We are looking for a Principal, Instock management to join our Retail Instock Planning team. You will be responsible for indicator tracking, inventory survey, code management, etc. for supporting inventory target establishment and inventory management in accordance with plan through multidisciplinary analysis.
What You Will Do
- Plan appropriate ordering volume for all categories and simulate implementation of system ordering to meet inventory plan.
- Enhance utilization rate of system ordering by increasing capability of ordering system, reduces OOS, and improve demand ordering.
- Work with Brand Managers on Placing orders.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of working experience; 5+ years of experience in stock management or supply chain plan
- Develop and write own queries to perform own analysis using Excel and SQL.
- Ability to handle high pressure working environments and long working hours
- Capable of handling changes in leadership direction and adapt processes as required
- Self-starter and able to function effectively with minimal guidance
Preferred Qualifications
- Business fluency in English
- Prior work experience in eCommerce industry
