Taiwan Finance team is a finance business partner for Coupang Taiwan’s business teams. We own financial results by working with stakeholders to define & track business input/output metrics and improve them by performing root-cause analysis. We are hiring a Principal Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) focusing on Corporate function domain as the company’s Retail business is growing exponentially.

Team Overview

Taiwan Finance team is a finance business partner for Coupang Taiwan’s business teams. We own financial results by working with stakeholders to define & track business input/output metrics and improve them by performing root-cause analysis. We are hiring a Principal Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) focusing on Corporate Functions domain as the company is growing exponentially.

What You Will Do

• Financial Reporting, Budgeting, Planning and Analysis
• Periodical Financial Reporting and Build Forecasting Modeling
• Produce reports on weekly / monthly business performance metrics and Make call outs in timely manner
• Analysis in variance between actual vs budget
• Set business Target, Drive Initiatives to solve business bottleneck in KPI and process improvement
• Automate Reporting by utilizing business intelligence tool (eg. tableau, PowerBI)
• Build data visibility for stakeholders and Provide ad-hoc analysis or automated dashboard as requested and Lead data-driven decision making

Essential Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis in a fast-paced technology-oriented organization (eCommerce preferred)
• Corporate Function FP&A experience (i.e. People, SG&A, Corporate overhead, etc.)
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, strong business sense, and willingness to work within a fast-paced and growing environment
• Ability to gather, analyze, and organize large amounts of data and provide insight and recommendation
• SAP and Excel skills
• Fluent in English and traditional Mandarin (written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI)
• Experience with SQL
