We are looking for a technical leader to spearhead the development and sustaining of our USB product, as well as the lifecycle management of our in-house testing system, SHRACK. This role demands a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and can effectively guide a technical team. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving SHRACK system errors and test issues, leveraging your deep expertise in semiconductor manufacturing execution systems to drive operational excellence and innovation.

Optimize Test Strategies: develop and execute comprehensive test plans, balancing test time, yield, and quality to achieve aggressive goals in high-volume manufacturing environments. Identify the most cost-effective testing methods through troubleshooting, validation, and continuous improvement.

Lead and Collaborate on Engineering Solutions: Analyze & resolve in-house SHRACK system errors, including client communication challenges, database server issues, recipe management system errors, MKP server connection problems, and Advanced Storage Device Protocol errors

System Upgrades: Responsible for SHRACK tester software upgrades and RMS integration, collaborating with software teams to analyze logs, manage bin-code interpretations, and maintain RMS functionality.

Champion Innovation and Cost Efficiency: Partner with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate cutting-edge testing technologies and elevate existing practices. Conduct research and champion the adoption of cost-saving solutions like Test Time Reduction (TTR) and new test platform enablement, driving CAPEX reduction through innovative test strategies.

Technical Expertise and Support: Provide technical leadership and expert support in electrical failure analysis for internal and external stakeholders. Address issues related to RMAs, production, reliability, and DPPM (Defects Per Million Parts) improvement.

Technical Communication and Documentation: Develop and deliver clear, concise technical reports and documentation, including electrical failure analysis work instructions, test equipment guidelines, test reports, and specifications.

Knowledge Sharing and Mentorship: Conduct technical training sessions for engineers, fostering knowledge transfer and team development.
- Degree, master’s or phD in electrical & electronic Engineering, with minimum 10 years’ experience in semiconductor product or test engineering.
- In depth experience in handling Linux operating system for command prompt engineering, network connection validation, file transfer, file compilation
- High proficiency in C++ programming.
- Certified lean six sigma green belt or black belt.
- Proficient in problem solving methodologies (FMEA, DMAIC, Fish bone diagram) and SPC/SBL/SYL.
- Deep understanding of ASD protocols to ensure accurate data handling and device performance.
- Experienced using ATE for testing.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing execution system
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to lead a technical team and work independently.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Proficiency in Java and Python is an added advantage.
