Principal Engineer of High-speed I/F development for automotive SoC design

【Reason for Hiring】
Automotive SoC products are key components for realizing the computerization and high functionality of automobiles, as represented by "CASE"(Connected/Autonomous/Shared/Electric).
In Renesas, R-Car series is the automotive SoCs which have much bigger and much more functionalities than other Renesas product. 
In addition to the need for higher speed and lower power consumption in the basic performance part than before, it is necessary to integrate a wide range of technologies, such as high-speed interface (DDR, PCIe, UCIe, MIPI, DP, etc.), functional safety, advanced security, and implementation of large-scale circuits in short TATs. 
We are looking for a technical leader of the team that will design the High-speed I/F related IP that are key components of these SoC products.
Cooperation with design team in India and Vietnam requires global mindset.

【Role Responsibilities】
As a technical leading of specification design and digital circuit design for High-speed I/F related IPs on automotive SoC (R-Car series)
・Making concept and target specification from requirements
・Making ground design of functional specification and verification strategy
・Making ground design of  DFT and testing strategy
・Making ground design of characterization and evaluation strategy
・Technical leading for logic design and verification team

【Target IPs for Development】
・High-speed I/F related IPs （PCIe, UCIe, UFS, USB, MIPI-CSI2, MIPI-DSI, Displayport, Ethernet, DDR, etc)

【MUST】
・Development experience related to High-speed I/F 
・Knowledge of one or more of UCIe, PCIe6/4, Eth, USB, MIPI, DP
・Physical implementation
・Electric characterization
・Japanese and English communication skill

【WANT】
・Experience of package/board design
・Experience of PI/SI testing 
・Development experience on Linux environment
