Plan and oversee the entire program, ensuring alignment with key milestones and objectives.
Monitor program progress, manage budgets, and ensure consistent and coordinated implementation.
Act as the primary liaison between IT, business units, executive management, and external vendors.
Communicate clearly, manage expectations, and foster strong relationships across all stakeholders.
Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues throughout the program lifecycle, implementing corrective measures when necessary.
Provide comprehensive progress reports, addressing challenges and achievements, to senior management and governance forums.
Lead training and change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of the program by all users.

14-15 years of relevant experience in Core Banking, specifically for Secured and Unsecured Loans in Retail and Commercial banking.
Strong leadership experience with a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and software.
Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale core banking programs.
Ability to manage and coordinate complex programs involving multiple stakeholders.
Strong ability to identify and address risks, providing solutions and mitigating challenges.
Good to have skills:
- Experience in the Philippines market.
- Experience with Transact implementations in similar roles.
