ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform technical support activities related to manufacturing with engineering approaches to effectively respond to each work request in term of productivity, quality and cost.
- Release, add and change process instruction.
- Establish appropriate performance report.
- Perform manufacturing yield and process monitoring, improvement, problem solving.
- Supervise technicians in responsibility to accomplish job in most effective way.
- Perform related work as assigned.
- Co-ordinate with other sections including oversea organization concerning technical issues related to the product.
- Develop subordinate's performance with proper training and supervision.
- Provide work guidance to other engineers.
REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 7- 8 years of experience in Engineering or related field.
PREFERRED:
- HDD Process, Technology and Quality Management
- Problem Solving Techniques
