We are looking for Manufacturing Engineer, As a Mfg. Engineer, you will work closely with Test engineers, QA and operation teams to develop and maintain the product/process performance which including with yield improvement, data analysis, process sustaining or process optimization and implementation of new HW/FW/SW. This position is required to go to mfg. floor on site to observe issues and implement or roll out solution.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execution of electronic hardware verification and manufacturing test plan (NPI-EOL).
- Work with cross functional team and vendors to develop, deploy and maintain functional testers/fixtures. Provide on-site support during NPI and mass production builds
- Perform Failures analysis for functional testing including with provide the technical support to Contract Manufacturer.
- Monitor test Yield, create failure pareto and perform in depth analysis.
- Drive Contract Manufacturer (CM) personal for corrective actions.
- Debug issues by analyzing test logs.
- Execute test plans for design validation test systems and subsystems for design validation
- Oversee the development and evaluation of equipment/tools/fixtures to aid in the manufacturing process.
- Pro-actively perform DOE to resolve test yield issues.
- Technically communicate with US counterparts.
- Provide documentation and technical support for suppliers, assemblers, and final test technicians on Contract Manufacturer.
- Train Contract Manufacturer with new processes and procedures implementation.
- Ensure QA and regulatory requirements are followed and met by the Contract Manufacturer, as well as recommend improvements in the quality system.
REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field e.g. Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineer or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment.
- At least 7-10 years of recent experience working in an area of their specialty or related field
- Familiarity with standard electronic test and measurement equipment
- Good understanding of Electronics circuits.
PREFERRED:
- Experience in SMT process

- Comfortable with at-a-desk design, hands-on laboratory work, and interfacing with manufacturing
- Strong Oral and written English communication skills.
