Principal Engineer, Manufacturing Engineering

As Principal Engineer you will be assigned technically working with equipment, process and yield team to enhance the quality of production, OEE improvement and Cost saving.
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work closely with Process Engineers to improve product yield and troubleshoot process flow from root causes to process and equipment tuning.
• Work with cross functional teams to solve technical process pertaining to Harmony Defect Issues and meet Overall Yield target.
• Extensive project management skill to lead a team support on tools upgrading to support for new R&D product.
• Early engagement with NPI and Development team on upcoming new model product design that has something to do with Harmony Defects.
• Ability to provide High level Technical Reports and analysis on Yields excursions and can provide immediate Corrective and Preventive actions..

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree/ Master in any Engineering
• Minimum 7-10 years of recent experience working in an ABS Patterning Process.

PREFERRED:

• Strong in mechanical experience in Anelva Sputtering Machine 

SKILLS:

• Highly familiar in sputtering technology and machine 
• Good technical communication skills
• Highly competent in Harmony Engineering
